Last updated July 2026. This policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and safeguarded on the recruitOS Platform.
The Parasol Group, Inc. (“Parasol Group”) takes your right to privacy seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using our products and services. This privacy policy deals with personally-identifiable information (referred to as “data” below) that may be collected by or provided on the recruitOS platform (the “Platform”). This privacy policy applies solely to the Platform. The policy does not apply to other entities that are not owned or controlled by Parasol Group, nor does it apply to persons who are not employees or agents of Parasol Group, or who are not under Parasol Group control. Please see the Parasol Group Online Privacy Policy for details about the information collected through the Parasol Group website and other Parasol Group products and services.
The recruitOS Platform
The Platform allows our clients to upload their recruitment data (including personal information of prospective job candidates and applicants) to the Parasol Group-hosted environment. This data may be transferred to or stored in the US. Once the data is stored, our clients access our solution and their data for recruitment purposes.
Parasol Group is a data “processor” for our clients who operate as “controllers” of personal information. Please be aware that Parasol Group is not responsible for the privacy and security practices of our clients. If you have questions or concerns about the policies or procedures of a specific client, please contact them directly.
